JOEL Rigging’s Fire Curtain Motor offers hydraulic regulated speed ascent and descent of a fire
curtain with a maximum weight of 1,100 lb (499 kg).
Standard Travel 30', more available upon request. Complete with control system, with Keyed
operator station. Versatile operation on 208, 230, 460 and 600 VAC 3 Phase Line volatges.
Speed of descent in the event of an emergency is controlled by a hydraulic speed regulator.
Requires a complete Fire Curtian Release Line system to operate correctly.
JOEL Rigging's fire curtain motor is designed to support a continuous load between 500 lb (227 kg) and
1,100 lb (499 kg).
Due to the physical characteristics associated with Brail Fire Curtains, additional pipe weight may
be required in order to achieve proper operation.
