RIGGED FOR EASE OF MAINTENANCE

At either end of the rink and the basketball court at Scotiabank Arena, JOEL Rigging installed motorized lighting trusses fitted with broadcast lighting to give the games the lighting levels required for HD television. To be able to service the lights when required, the production staff at MLSE called upon JOEL Rigging to install its Echelon zero fleet winches and loft blocks in the rafters of the arena. With a simple controller, the lighting trusses can be lowered to the ice surface for re-lamping and other maintenance.

JOEL Rigging has installed several center-ice scoreboards with LED displays in arenas and has provided safety systems for the stage crews that are called upon to rig touring concerts in arenas.
